WINE CLUB SHIPPING & BILLING SCHEDULE

TERROIR 

Terroir shipments will be billed and shipped out during the first week of January, April, July and October. First subscription sign-ups that take place before the 15^th of the month prior to a scheduled Terroir shipment will be sent the current quarter’s subscription. However, if you join Terroir after the 15^th of the month prior to a scheduled shipment, you will begin your subscription with the next Terroir delivery. 

NEW ARRIVALS 

For New Arrivals, shipments will be billed and shipped out on the first week of January, March, May, July, September and November. First subscription sign-ups that take place before the 15^th of the month prior to a scheduled New Arrivals shipment will be sent the current bimonthly subscription. However, if you join this offering after the 15^th of the month prior to a scheduled shipment, you will be sent the next New Arrivals delivery. 

THE ESSENTIALS

For The Essentials, shipments will be billed and shipped out on the first week of each month. First subscription sign-ups that take place before the 15^th of the month prior will be sent the current monthly subscription. However, if you join this offering after the 15^th of the month prior, your subscription will begin with the following month’s Essentials delivery when it ships out.

THE TASTER

For The Taster, shipments will be billed and shipped out on the first week of each month. First subscription sign-ups that take place before the 15^th of the month prior will be sent the current monthly subscription. However, if you join this offering after the 15^th of the month prior, your subscription will begin with the following month’s Taster delivery when it ships out.

Fine Print
Title on all wine passes to the buyer at the time of purchase in the state of New York. If you require that your wine be shipped, you authorize RWM Selections to engage a common carrier to deliver the wine on your behalf. If you choose to ship your wine to a non-reciprocal state, you assume all responsibility to comply with your state's laws regarding alcohol shipments.

You must be 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages from RWM Selections.

You are responsible for all applicable excise, use and sales taxes due to your state related to the purchase of any taxable goods.

RWM Selections makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of New York. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine. By placing an order, you authorize RWM Selections to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
