WINE CLUB SHIPPING & BILLING SCHEDULE

TERROIR
Terroir shipments will be billed and shipped out during the first week of January, April, July and October. First subscription sign-ups that take place before the 15th of the month prior to a scheduled Terroir shipment will be sent the current quarter’s subscription. However, if you join Terroir after the 15th of the month prior to a scheduled shipment, you will begin your subscription with the next Terroir delivery. 

NEW ARRIVALS
For New Arrivals, shipments will be billed and shipped out on the first week of January, March, May, July, September and November. First subscription sign-ups that take place before the 15th of the month prior to a scheduled New Arrivals shipment will be sent the current bimonthly subscription. However, if you join this offering after the 15th of the month prior to a scheduled shipment, you will be sent the next New Arrivals delivery. 

THE ESSENTIALS
For The Essentials, shipments will be billed and shipped out on the first week of each month. First subscription sign-ups that take place before the 15th of the month prior will be sent the current monthly subscription. However, if you join this offering after the 15th of the month prior, your subscription will begin with the following month’s Essentials delivery when it ships out.

THE TASTER
For The Taster, shipments will be billed and shipped out on the first week of each month. First subscription sign-ups that take place before the 15th of the month prior will be sent the current monthly subscription. However, if you join this offering after the 15th of the month prior, your subscription will begin with the following month’s Taster delivery when it ships out. 

GENERAL SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Many of our offerings are held offsite and the inventory needs to be transferred to this location for packing and shipping. Sometimes shipping may be delayed for up to a week to accommodate our out of state shipping schedule. Please contact us if your order is time sensitive. We will contact you with a ship date if their will be any extensive delays. Once an order has left our facility, it cannot be canceled.

Wine is sensitive to both extremely hot and cold temperatures. RMW Selections is not liable for any damages caused throughout shipping after the wines leave our possession. Regardless if that damage is caused by exposure to excessive heat or cold, deterioration, leakage, breakage, carrier disposal, or by any other means. RMW Selections will not provide refunds, replacements, credits, or reimbursement for claims resulting from exposure to excessive heat or cold. Please consider the seasonal temperatures in your area when placing an order and contact us if you would like to wait for a specific shipping window.

PRE-ORDERS
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect payment or a partial deposit at checkout, and then fulfill the order at a future date upon arrival. You can cancel a paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you may request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

FINE PRINT
Title on all wine passes to the buyer at the time of purchase in the state of New York. If you require that your wine be shipped, you authorize RWM Selections to engage a common carrier to deliver the wine on your behalf. If you choose to ship your wine to a non-reciprocal state, you assume all responsibility to comply with your state's laws regarding alcohol shipments. By requesting that your wine be shipped to you, you are authorizing us to engage a common carrier to deliver your wine on your behalf. RWM Selections is not responsible for any breakage, theft or damage of wine by said common carrier. In the case of a loss, theft, or breakage issue, we will work with you to recoup the loss and issue a refund.

You must be 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages from RWM Selections.
You are responsible for all applicable excise, use and sales taxes due to your state related to the purchase of any taxable goods.

RWM Selections makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of New York. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine. By placing an order, you authorize RWM Selections to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
