Established in 1636 and maintained by 12th-generation vignerons. This is a small production of Chenin Blanc vines that were planted to lime stone soils in 2010. It's grown just outside of their primary vineyard, ‘Les Clos’. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks with an additional 6 months on the lees before bottling. Only about 4000 bottles are produced each vintage. Certified organic.
