An authorized blend of Gamay 2/3 and Pinot Noir 1/3, Coteaux Bourguignons is the happy marriage of these two Burgundy grape varieties. Two characters that complement each other well. The finesse of Pinot Noir, the vigor of Gamay, it is at first the clash of two temperaments. Then, thanks to a few years of aging, the reciprocal contact of these two grape varieties produces a wine whose color asserts itself, whose bouquet blossoms. The Gamay loses its roughness while the Pinot gains. Two plots produce this Coteaux Bourguignon, located in the commune of Premeaux-Prissey and Nuits-Saint-Georges.
