Domaine Chauvenet owns 0.23 hectares here, and with this cuvée we indeed see a delicacy and finesse unmatched elsewhere in the estate’s lineup. While less imposing in its structure and less powerful in its overall character, Perrières nonetheless offers a chiseled intensity typical of Christophe’s style, its aromas and flavors presented with lifted exuberance.
