100% Nebbiolo sourced from the Gorena and Leria vineyards with the intention of creating a wine that is inviting, with complexity that is not overshadowed by tannins.  The grapes are de-stemmed bunches, with berry selection and fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks with selected yeasts. They experience a 15 days of submerged cap maceration, before being aged one year in smaller barrels (used) followed by one year in large botti.
