Coming from 60 year old vines in the commune of Rodello, this fresh and fruity Dolcetto is the perfect table wine. Fermented and matured in large Slovenian oak, it is then transferred to stainless steel to keep the fresh character before spending 1 year in bottle before release. Its lighter structure allows it to pair well with most food and benefits from a light chill.
