These botrytized grapes were carefully pressed, and the juice vinified in new barrels. The wine aged for 2 years, then was bottled. The long elaboration of this nectar reveals aromas of honey and raisins, with a note of fresh exotic fruits on the nose. On the palate, the sweet side dominates, then fades and gives way to notes of dark caramel and ripe yellow fruits.
