A blend of 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 5% Terret Noir, 5% Counoise, 5% others.
Made from younger vines, 15 to 40 years old, on the same Triassic ground as Saint‐ Martin, but with less maceration before a brief passage in concrete. The wine carries ripe black cherry, plum, and pepper, with a supple palate and soft tannins. The most immediate, accessible introduction to the estate’s Beaumes-de-Venise offerings.
