Domaine La Ferme Saint-Martin Ventoux Rouge 'Les Estaillades' 2024

A blend of 90% Grenache and 10% Cuonoise 
Originating from a Mistral‐sheltered parcel in Le Barroux planted in 1999, situated on clay‐sandy Triassic soil. Macerated for 14 to 21 days, then aged seven months in concrete, without fining and free of sulfur. In the glass, it displays a dark ruby color, with red fruit and kirsch aromas, a dense silky palate, and a faintly minty lift. It is structured, yet eminently drinkable.
