Located just behind the cellar, Clos des Perdrix provides a unique terroir, made up of steep terraces with shallow soil. Amigne adapts wonderfully to it, and produces tense wines with a pronounced minerality. Amigne du Clos des Perdrix gives off crunch and aromas of candied orange peel. On the palate, the attack is dry, and leads to a beautiful volume and an intense acidic structure, which give it a wonderful balance.
