50% Chardonnay, 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Chenin Blanc sourced from top vineyard sites throughout Santa Barbara County. Once pressed, the grapes are vinified separately and fermented with native yeast. The wines are then aged in a variety of neutral oak and stainless steel then blended in tank before bottling. The 2024 exhibits vibrant citrus, yellow apple and pear on the nose with fresh acidity and layered texture on the palate. Enjoy with your favorite fruits de mer, fruits de la terre or by itself!
